I have yet to try the poppin gel capsules but I LOVE the gummies and tincture. One dropper-full or one gummy really takes the edge off my anxiety. There is still a buzz but it’s so gentle. Was sceptical about all this but now that I’ve tried it, I love it. Great tasting and really really does help a lot with all my joint and back pain.
